THE FOOD PLAN

Phase 1: Weight Loss. Lose 10-15 lbs on average each month.
Intermittent fasting with a nutritionally balanced, simple, gluten-free, 4-day repeating food cycle.
• Whole foods you can buy in your local market, typically for under $100 per week. Primary ingredients are a wide variety of vegetables & fruit, dairy or plant-based milk & yogurt.
The balanced food plan and specific eating times of 12pm-6pm, provide optimal fat-burning without ketosis or change to your metabolism. 
• More than 500 recipes, including anytime treats, with curated menu options for your convenience. 
 
Phase 2: Transition and Stabilization. 4-8 weeks.
