Massage your Acc(u)Beads every 2 hours on the odd hours + first thing in the morning.

 Calculate and change your Acc(u)Beads every week.

PHASE 1 FOOD PLAN

4-Day repeating food cycle. 2 days vegetables + fruit; 2 days dairy and/or plant-based milk + yogurt. 

After two weeks, you may incorporate Flex Days, as desired.

– Cleanse your digestive system


CHI GONG BREATHING

Chi Gong Breathing is optional.
We recommend, at minimum, you start & end your day with it.
